Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to become an integral part of our financial team. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Controller to optimize our financial operations and contribute to the establishment of effective business processes throughout the organization. You will also engage with a passionate team of professionals eager to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll.
- Take a leading role in the implementation of a new accounting system and revamping our monthly financial management and KPI reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel to ensure precise financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with a committed team to promote improvements and maintain seamless financial operations.
Required Skills
- In-depth experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive self-starter with a collaborative team-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or finance, or a minimum of 7 years of substantial experience in a fast-paced accounting environment.
